class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">2 tbsp.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> of pure Saffron wild rose water (it can be more&#8230; too good!)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">125g of butter<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">115g flour<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">2 tbsp.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">ground cardamom<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">1 pinch of salt<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">2 cups of milk (ideally 3.25%)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A few drops of lemon honey<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">1 teaspoon of<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Pure Saffron wild rose water<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Crushed pistachios<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Dried organic rose petals<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><strong> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">METHOD:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Warm the butter in the microwave.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Warm the milk in the microwave.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Separate egg yolks and egg whites.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Beat egg yolks, sugar and 2 tbsp.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">rose water for a few minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Add the melted butter and continue beating.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Sift the flour, cardamom and salt over the mixture. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Mix quickly with the mixer.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Very gently add the lukewarm milk. <\/span><\/span>Beat to mix well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Wash and dry the whisks.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Whip the whites and a few drops of lemon juice until stiff.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Gently fold the egg whites into the batter in several batches using a spatula.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Pour the mixture into a square pan (8&#8243;x8&#8243;).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Bake for 50 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Allow cake to cool before unmolding.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Just invert it once on a plate and then a second time on a serving platter.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">For the finish, mix the honey and the rose water then lightly brush the cake on the sponge cake side.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and rose
