Original and delicate, this cocktail charmed us. It’s a favorite of ours and perfectly showcases our delicious Florae Organic Saffron Artisan Syrup!

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces of vodka
• 1 ounce of saffron syrup
• 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
• A few cardamom seeds, to taste
• For decoration: flowers!

Recipe:

1. Combine syrup and cardamom in a shaker and crush cardamom seeds for 5 seconds.
2. Add ice, grapefruit juice and vodka, then shake vigorously.
3. Using a strainer, strain the cocktail into a glass. Add a few ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
4. (optional): Decorate with flowers and/or a large grapefruit zest.

Tip: Multiply the ingredients according to the number of servings desired.
