Having become famous at The Saffron Farm for its balanced flavour and golden colour, it is used in salads, on vegetables, for brushing roasts, chicken or salmon or in sauces… A nice discovery to make.
All the products offered here have been cooked and prepared by hand in our workshop at the saffron farm. We use the best ingredients, including saffron from our crop and some fruits and plants produced on our land. For the rest, we favor local purchases when possible to concoct these delicious little saffron sweets. Products are offered in limited quantities depending on the availability of ingredients and production methods.
